PRODUCT RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 1 – Definition

Product returns are the consumer’s right to return the product(s) purchased through the digital platform. The return process may be initiated as long as no more than 5 business days have passed since the customer received the products.

If the consumer receives a garment they did not order, they may return it at no cost.

Article 2 – Condition of the product

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, must not have been used, and must retain its original packaging and tags.

Products purchased as part of a promotion are not eligible for returns.

Article 3 – Review and acceptance of the return

Receiving the product does not mean that the return has been accepted. The product will be inspected to verify that it complies with the conditions set out in Article 2. If the return request fails to meet any of the defined requirements, it may be rejected.

Article 4 – Refund period

Once the return request has been approved, there will be a period of 10 calendar days to refund the amount paid for the garment.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Article 1 – Definition

The customer must cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.

Article 2 – Conditions for product exchanges

  The exchange request may be made from the moment of successful purchase up until 30 calendar days after the product has been delivered.

  The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: new and with its original tags.
  
• 
  Products purchased as part of a promotion are not eligible for exchanges.

  Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
  

WARRANTIES

Article 1 – Warranty period

Garments purchased have a warranty period of 30 days from the date the product is delivered.

Article 2 – Warranty limitations

The product warranty is void when:

• 
  The washing instructions have not been followed.
  
• 
  The garment has come into contact with chemical products, bleach, or detergents that damage the color or quality of the fabric.
  
• 
  The original design of the garment has been altered by the consumer.
  
• 
  There is normal wear and tear from regular use of the product.
